Location is great. Much improvement of the reception staff communicational attitude. Carmine was very good.

The inner room service is horrible. Cleanness is not their objective.

It’s not a family hotel..

I liked the location only the location.

I couldn’t sleep most of the night because of the nightclub music.. Even when I asked the guy in the front desk to change my room he said all the rooms are the same and I will hear the music..

nothing to say.

The staff in the Front office (man) was not polite. Because our check-in time is 12noon. but we made a request to check in at 3 am morning. they send of confirmation message through email. but they charge extra amount and they ask us the deposit of bhd 30 which was not mentioned in the voucher. Toilet and bathtub were not clean. in the toilet, Flushing button was broken. they didn't change that. They didn't provide water bottles and we got the brush and soap by request. No water heater in the bathroom, kettle, tea packet etc. but all this was mentioned in the room description and picture. Really we got disappointed.

Enjoyed the stay

Spacious compared to the price, staff was good, loved that there is hair dryer in the bathroom, the tea maker, mostly we loved that they didn’t push us to checkout quickly, they were patience enough with us until we checked out.

Missing things, no tooth brush nor tooth paste, when we called to request, they said it’s out of stock, no slippers, only one towel for two guests!!, no enough shampoo and shower gel,Parks are limited, the location in google map not accurate, we had to search for the hotel, t.v channels need to be fixed.

Before check -in, request to get Non smoking room, Our experience, At night difficult to breath me and my family ce.(due to commom center AC ) better to check and get the Non-smoking room, Tv should have more channels, only total 5 channels, Use less of having 2 tv in rooms. lighting at night not too much good. better to upgrade the rooms ( paints or something ,which should feel happy) feeling dull type,

It was a terrible pain and a definite waste of money .

I didn’t like anything about this establishment. The place was dirty . Urine stains on the floor . Mirror broken . Mold on walls . One towel when I came to the room no toilet paper . Floors were so dirty my feet were black after 5 minutes walking in the room . The group I was with was stopped in the elevator and so call” SECURITY” puts the arm in the elevator and said are you staying here what room are you in . He didn’t ask in a polite way he just assumed they didn’t belong there . They trying say 506,510 three times . This place says it’s a 4 star no way. It wouldn’t rate this hotel a half of star .

You need to have a manger on site 24 hours . Teach the so called security manners. I had people behind me saying the same things when I was speaking to the ladies at the desk.

First in arrival the did not have the room electronic key...

First in arrival the did not have the room electronic key and some servant open door with his own key. Internet was disaster, no hand towel in the room, no tea making items in the room, as i found out there one in some other rooms. Breakfast only in room service, in spite that the breakfast content included in menu, juice, coffee or tea you have emphasize additionally, otherwise they will not bring. First breakfast they even did not bring the folk and knife... hotel rooms are good, but service is disaster.. I will not stay there anymore....
